Tennis is a racket sport that can be played individually against one opponent or between two teams of two players each. Playing tennis has many health benefits including: reduce of stress, improvement of technical alert and reduce of heart diseases. Tennis is a recommendable sport for stimulating the muscle movement even in kids  because the player has to move around to reach for and to strike the ball and there is no way of playing tennis that doesn’t require movement and use of a considerable amount of power. This is because the tennis racket is heavy itself.
