It is one of the most famous snacks all over the world and has a lot of different varieties, such as sweet popcorn and colorful popcorn.
Why to eat:
Popcorn can help you lose weight (because it is not a too greasy snack), it keeps your blood sugar in check, it has vitamins and vitamins such as calcium, cooper, magnesium, potassium, vitamins B6, A, E and K, among others… In addition it has been linked to a lower risk of cancer and heart disease and also can boost your eyesight.
